We are looking to expand our team in our London office. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
• London-based, or willing to relocate
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the creative team throughout production
• Manage CGI projects from first email through to final delivery in a fast-paced studio environment
• Build project scopes, schedules, quotes, invoices
• Coordinate designers, freelancers, timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day communication
• Bring genuine curiosity to gain a strong understanding of how we make creative projects
• Interpret client feedback critically and translate it into clear action points
• Proactively identify risks, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving smoothly
• Take ownership of improving studio operations, communication, and team efficiency
• Maintain organised file structures and carry out detailed quality control checks

•4+ years of experience working in a team at an established CGI studio
• translates the studio's creative vision into daily execution, ensuring consistent visual quality across the team
• if designers make the tyres, engine, chassis, seats and steering - your job is to make the car
• you think about the project in its wider context (a film, an experience, a brand). You care deeply about your own contribution while also serving the whole
• bring order to a project and help everyone else stay organised and aligned with the shared goal
• you are fluent in the visual language of space (composition, shape, light) and time (motion, editing, pace)
• lead projects with confidence, mentor designers and set goals and milestones that feel slightly uncomfortable
• engage with the team frequently to ensure timelines are met and the quality of visuals is always excellent
• craft and confidently present decks to clients, with a host’s attention to how they’re received
• the taste and judgement shown in your portfolio shares the values we care about too
• you ask the right questions - how, when, why, who and what - and manage to find the right answers
• experienced with C4D, Octane and After Effects - you’re happy to be hands on or hands off depending on the size and urgency of a project

• Strong technical skills in C4D or Houdini, Davinci or After Effects, with rendering expertise in Octane or Redshift
• Skilled in animating cameras and directing motion with keyframes
• Strong sense of composition and lighting
• Able to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines
• Creative problem solver with an adaptive, open-minded approach to new techniques and feedback
• Team player with excellent time-management, organisational, and collaboration skills
• Enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality work
• Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in cinema, advertising, and culture
